At the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Annual Meeting, Attorney Stephen H. Oleskey, Of Counsel to the Boston office of the Hiscock & Barclay law firm, was co-lead counsel in Boudmediene v. Bush, where the U.S. Supreme Court held that detainees at Guantanamo had the right to seek habeas corpus, shares his experiences and reviewed ethics and tactical issues that arose in the  Boumediene habeas litigation from 2004 to 2013.  You may access his address by clicking here.
