Ethics Chess 2014: Problems and Strategies for the Virtuous Lawyer (Bristol, 9:00am) - SOLD OUT
Additional Information:
“Ethics Chess: Problems and Strategies for the Virtuous Lawyer” is a challenging and interactive CLE seminar that provides real tools and strategies to help the practicing attorney see ethics problems in the offing, avoid them if possible, and deal with them effectively if they cannot be avoided. As ethics rules become more complex, it is increasingly apparent that the objective of any prudent lawyer must be to avoid pre-unethical conditions. You must recognize them and learn to take steps to avoid them several moves ahead. You need to be proficient at ethics chess.

This seminar is SOLD OUT. There is still availability at the Rhodes-on-the-Pawtuxet sessions.

This program is sponsored by Aon Affinity Insurance Services, Inc., administrators of the Aon Attorneys Advantage Program, and the Rhode Island Bar Association. It is free and will be repeated five times. It is open to all members of the Rhode Island Bar Association. Each attendee will receive three ethics credits by participating in the entire seminar.
