Medical Records in Personal Injury Cases - IN PERSON
Additional Information:
Obtaining, reviewing, and understanding medical records in personal injury and medical negligence cases is becoming increasingly complicated for Plaintiff’s lawyers.

A Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC) can offer valuable services to assist the trial attorney in developing a case where extensive medical records are involved. This program will discuss tips and strategies to obtain medical records, manage costs, and understand what is needed for your case. The program highlights the role of a CLNC, a medical insider who among other things can screen the medical records, develop reports and chronologies to highlight the significant medical events, identify and locate the best medical expert witnesses, evaluate hospital policies and procedures and interpret their relevance to your case.
