Cross Examination Techniques: Homicidal or Suicidal?
Additional Information:
Often viewed as the source of most trial highlights, cross examination, when done right, can and should be persuasive, powerful and, when appropriate, lethal.

While most practitioners can readily state that goal, it is an unfortunate reality that too many of us ignore the corollary that when done wrong, cross examination can too often be suicidal. This program will explore a variety of highly effective and unique techniques designed to enhance your ability to achieve a lethal cross exam while avoiding the pitfalls that cause needless harm and injury to your case.

The entire program will be presented live by Warwick trial attorney Michael J. Colucci. Mr. Colucci is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has lectured on his unique trial methods and tactics to local, regional and national audiences.
