Honor Roll Program

Financial institutions that agree to pay a net yield of at least 65 percent of the federal funds target rate on IOLTA deposits are members of the Rhode Island Bar Foundation’s Financial Institution IOLTA Honor Roll. Promotion of the financial institution as an Honor Roll member will begin immediately upon receipt of the Enrollment Form.  

Honor Roll benefits include:

• Highlighted on RIBF and Rhode Island Bar Association websites.
• Featured in press releases issued to local and statewide media.
• Prominently featured in the Rhode Island Bar Journal, our premier legal publication.
• Promoted at Rhode Island Bar Foundation and Rhode Island Bar  Association events, including the Rhode Island Bar Association Annual Meeting and our Bridge the Gap professionalism program, which is attended by every newly-admitted Rhode Island attorney.
• Be highlighted as an Honor Roll Financial Institution in our List of Eligible IOLTA Participating Financial Institutions – an important resource used by attorneys in choosing banking relationships.
• Receive a Community Reinvestment Act statement to use in reporting its IOLTA program participation to applicable federal and state regulatory agencies.
