The Superior Court Bench/Bar Committee is a sponsoring a FREE, one-credit, hybrid Committee CLE seminar scheduled on Thursday, April 11th, from 4:00-5:00 PM. Committee members have the option to attend the meeting in-person at the Rhode Island Law Center, 41 Sharpe Drive in Cranston, RI, or virtually via Zoom.
Travis McDermott, Esq., will present Mediation Training 101. This program will provide an overview of case mediation techniques, providing valuable insights for attorneys interested in mediating cases and those seeking to volunteer for the Mediation Program for the Providence Control Calendar. Attendees will learn effective mediation practices that will help refine their ability to navigate negotiations, ultimately fostering successful case resolutions for all parties involved. Join us as we explore the art of mediation, equipping attendees with the tools needed to excel in facilitating fair and equitable settlements.
Please note that per the RI MCLE Commission, the Rhode Island Bar Association can only report the attendance of attorneys completing a minimum of 90% of this CLE program.
