Description
The Guardian Ad Litem: Eyes and Ears of the Court
Available in-person or as a live webinar. Breakfast included in-person.
This program will cover the role the Guardian Ad Litem plays in child custody conflict situations, from observation maker, to fact finder, to interviewer, to report writer, and crafting recommendations in the best interests of the minor children. The program will also examine and consider the ethical dilemmas that GALs may face in Domestic Court Cases.
Upon completion of the program, each participant will be able to identify the roles and responsibilities of the GAL and improve their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the GAL.
